• Access to our available curated rental inventory * some exclusions

• Unlimited communication during this process to track progress

• We will assist in decor choices for all areas of your event

• Marvelously Modern will guide you through all areas of your event that will need decor including suggestions and collaborations with other vendors

• Visit venue site to visualize where everything should go, detail a layout, and identify potential problems.

• Ensures all of the décor elements are in place on-site at the wedding and reception bringing the vision to reality

  Deliver, Set up and Take Down

*Florals, Large Rentals such as backdrops, arches and some specialty items are not included in this package but can be added on at an additional cost.  ~ every wedding is unique and pricing may change to reflect the agreed upon customization provided by Marvelously Modern

This package starts with The Big Day Design Package and we add Venue Coordination. In addition to design, styling,set up and tear down we add these venue coordination services so you don't have to worry about a thing at the reception but arriving.

• Our coordination services include:

  • One lead coordinator and an assistant if needed on the day of the event

  • Timeline Meeting so we can receive a copy of your timeline

  • A final walkthrough meeting at the venue if requested

  • Day of Wedding assistance starting from the time of set up

  • Assist with vendor set up and arrival

  • Make sure everything runs smoothly and gets done according to plan and troubleshoot any issues that arrive so you don't worry about a thing.
